You will frequently see the owner, walking around the motel and checking with guests to see how the guests are doing. The owner will go out of his way to help you. Thanks"

"We stayed here over the weekend and enjoyed our room and the service we received. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again.
cons: could use new towels and sheets. bed was more firm than we liked but we slept good.
Pros: staff made ya feel at home, great location and price, clean, and quiet."

"Thought would only spend one night in Daytona Beach and make a second stop at Cocoa Beach then to Miami Beach. Although, ended up spent three more additional night at Grand Prix motel. Love the ocean front-view, ocean water is warm 24 hrs..great water for the kids.
A few negative about Grand Prix is that room and blanket is not as clean as other hotels we had stayed; thus, its understandable because its one-owner motel. Another unclean about Grand Prix is people throw cigarets everywhere near the pool. As for a non-smoker this is a negative turn off for. Hoping the owner would provide some type of cigarets holder near the pool so people can put their cigarets. Would not mind to stay again in the future because of the front ocean-view. Price also fair and affortable!"

"We stay here Saturday we had room 51 awesome view of the ocean/pool Very nice flat screen TV in our room, Absolutely wonderful owners ,we been here a few times and we will be back again!! We also drove to Ponce De Leon Inlet to see the lighthouse/museum the lighthouse was awesome It soaring 175 feet high It about two hundred stairs to climb up we also when to to Joe's Crab Shack on Pier and saw the fireworks from the roof Thanks You David & Linda"

"We stayed here 3 nights and we throughly enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located in a great area, not the 'party area'. The ocean view was awesome, watched dolphins play every morning from our balcony. The price was great and the rooms were VERY CLEAN!!! We will stay again in the future, the owners were soooo nice and checked every time the saw us to see if we needed anything, highly recommend Grand Prix!"

"This was our first year staying at the Grand Prix and it will not be our last. Room 49 was absolutely amazing and the view was breathtaking. Housekeeping was fantastic leaving our room super clean and smelling amazing. The pool was wonderful and access to the beach was sweet and simple. The most amazing part was the owner Mr. Bill took time out each day and greeted his guest each morning and evening you truly become more than just guest at his motel. We will recommend this motel highly to anyone headed in that direction . Love love love the Grand Prix and Daytona Beach ."
