"I stay at the GrandPrix for Speedweeks because it is on the beach, and I prefer a smaller, old Daytona type, motel. The manager saves the same room for me every year, has me a heater and on in the room because I get cold and also gives me a nice gift for Valentine's Day. "I have been coming to the Grand Prix Motel for the last 13 years. I would never think of going to stay anywhere else. I love the family atmosphere here , the personal touch . I feel like im at home. The owners are wonderful , they have always made me feel welcomed. The rooms are nice and clean . Yes this is not a 5 STAR resort but for the price and hospitality, and the warmth , i would much rather stay at the Grand Prix Motel. This ' mom ' and 'pop ' motel is all that one needs for a great vacation . The owner lives on the property, and heance maintains a tight control on any noise , disturbance. I would recomend this motel to everyone that seeks a nice quiet family vacation. As the home page states , you do come as a guest and leave as a returning friend"

"Excellent location , i have been coming to the Grand Prix Motel for the last 30 plus years for 2 weeks and now i stay for the winter months. The staff is well liked and always accomodating .The place has 2 floors , with a great veiw of the ocean . The pool is in front of the ocean and always well maintained . It is a family motel and all the guests , including myself love it here . This mom and pop motel provides a great sense of community ."

"My wife and I stayed here for the first time last week, based on the rewiews. It was a very nice week at the Grand Prix. The owners are excellent and very accomodating. The rooms were clean and the ocean views with the excellent sunrise views were first rate. The STAFF was wonderful and went beyond the normal to make sure we were always treated as guests and family.. The long walks on the beach were great after breakfast and the room did not even need the AC on as the patio captured all those cool ocean breezes. We will definitely be coming back frequently"

"i have lived in fl since 1994 and never decided until this weekend to stay at a motel. we chose the 'grand prix' randomly. the room was not only spacious but very clean, comfortable and sooooo quiet. we could see the sunrise from our room and it was breathtaking to say the least. the entire staff was not only pleasant but very efficent as well. everything we needed or wanted was within our reach. the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the boardwalk, a grocery store and plenty of shops for shopping. there were even live alligators down the street. oh did i tell you how afordable it was! if you plan a trip to 'daytona beach' check out this motel. you won't be sorry!!!"
